Fikrago Is Hiring: I Can't Do This Alone Anymore
I've written every single article on this site by myself. Every product page, every case study, every prompt pack — all of it came out of one guy in Casablanca with no coding background, no budget, and a laptop that's seen better days. That was the whole point of Fikrago in the beginning. Prove it could be done solo, with AI as the only real teammate I had.
But right now I've got a 15-article content plan sitting in front of me, a December 24 deadline to hit for Ezoic, three content pillars that need fresh angles every week, and a growing list of ideas I keep opening in a new tab and never finishing. I'm not writing this because Fikrago is struggling. I'm writing this because it's finally working well enough that one person isn't enough anymore.
The Math Doesn't Work Anymore
Here's the complication nobody tells you about when you build something from zero: growth doesn't scale with your energy. It scales with your hours, and I only have so many of them.
Fikrago runs on four pillars — AI Tools & Agents, Website & SEO, Make Money Online, and Real Case Studies — and every single one needs its own research, its own voice, its own proof. I've spent the last few months documenting real numbers: rejection letters from ad networks, bot traffic patterns in my analytics, what actually happened when I launched Fikrago Help Me with zero users. That's the kind of content that separates this blog from the thousand other "make money online" sites out there. It's honest. It's slow to produce. And it's exactly the kind of work that suffers the moment I'm stretched across five things at once.
I could keep pushing solo and watch quality slip, or I could bring in someone who actually wants to write and let the site grow the way it's supposed to. I'm choosing the second one.
Why I'm Looking for a Writer, Specifically
I thought about this for a while before deciding what role to open first. Not a designer, not another tool-builder — a writer. Because the thing that's actually working for Fikrago isn't the tools I've built or the products I sell. It's the honesty in how I write about failure. Rejected by Raptive. Rejected by Mediavine. AdSense stuck on "needs attention." I put all of it on the page instead of hiding it, and that's the reason people stick around and read past the first paragraph.
So if you're joining, that's the bar. I'm not looking for someone to churn out generic "10 tips to make money online" filler — the internet already has ten million of those, and they all bounce readers in under 30 seconds. I need someone who can sit with a real story, a real number, a real screenshot of a rejection email, and turn it into something people actually finish reading.
This isn't a big corporate job posting with a benefits package and a five-round interview process. It's me, one founder, offering an actual role on something real — something with a brand, an audience, and a track record you can check yourself by reading the site.
What This Actually Looks Like
If you're a writer who's into AI tools, online business, SEO, or the messy reality of building something from nothing — I want to hear from you. You don't need a portfolio full of big-name clients. I care more about whether you can write like a person, not like a content mill.
What I can offer right now: a real role on a platform with an established voice and a growing archive of proof-based content, direct access to me as founder (not a manager three layers removed), and the chance to build something from an early stage instead of joining after all the interesting decisions are already made.
If that sounds like you, email me directly — ayoubzinani2@gmail.com — and tell me a little about yourself and why Fikrago's approach makes sense to you. No formal application, no cover letter template. Just write to me like you'd write for the blog.
The Part I Keep Coming Back To
I built Fikrago because I got burned once — an Etsy suspension that wiped out something I'd put real work into — and I decided I'd rather build my own thing than depend on someone else's platform ever again. That instinct got me this far, solo, with nothing but AI tools and stubbornness. But building alone forever was never the goal. Building something that lasts was.
If you're the person who reads case studies about bot traffic and ad network rejections and thinks "I get this, I want in" — that's exactly who I'm looking for. Let's build the next chapter of this together.
