Fikrago Is Hiring: We're Looking For People To Grow This With Us
Fikrago started as one person, zero budget, and zero coding background. It's grown into a real platform with content, tools, and a community behind it — and now it's time to bring more people in. If you've ever wanted to be part of something built from the ground up instead of joining something already finished, this is that chance.
Why Fikrago Is Opening Up Roles Now
For a long time, Fikrago was a one-person operation by necessity, not by choice. Every article, every tool, every piece of the brand was built solo because that was the only option available. But a platform can only grow so far carried by one person. The content pillars are expanding, the tools need more hands, and the community around Fikrago keeps growing faster than one person can manage alone.
That's the honest reason behind this hiring push. Not because there's a huge budget sitting around, but because the workload has outgrown what one founder can carry — and because bringing in the right people now means Fikrago can actually serve the people who rely on it, instead of falling behind.
The Roles We're Looking to Fill
Fikrago is hiring across multiple roles, including:
- Social Media Manager — plan and run content across platforms, grow the community, keep the brand voice consistent
- Content Writer — help produce blog articles across Fikrago's four pillars: AI Tools & Agents, Website & SEO, Make Money Online, and Real Case Studies
- Graphic / Logo Designer — build visual assets, brand graphics, and design work for Fikrago and for client projects
- Website / No-Code Builder — help build and maintain websites and tools using no-code and AI-assisted platforms
- Virtual Assistant / Community Support — help manage inboxes, community questions, and day-to-day operations
If you don't see your exact skill listed but you think you could add value to Fikrago, reach out anyway. Roles here have always formed around what the platform actually needs, not a rigid job description.
What It's Actually Like Working With Fikrago
Here's the part I want to be upfront about: Fikrago isn't a big company with a corporate structure and a stacked HR department. It's a growing platform built by someone who did all of this without coding experience or outside funding, using AI tools and pure persistence. If you join, you're not joining a machine — you're joining something still being built, where your work actually shapes what Fikrago becomes next.
That means more ownership over your work than you'd get somewhere bigger. It also means things move fast, priorities shift as the platform grows, and you'll be working directly with the founder, not buried under five layers of management. If that sounds exciting instead of risky, you're probably the kind of person Fikrago is looking for.
Who Fits Best Here
The people who do well at Fikrago are usually the ones who like building things, not just executing a checklist. People who care about doing good work even when nobody's watching closely. People who've maybe built something of their own before — a page, a small shop, a side project — and understand what it takes to keep showing up for it.
You don't need a big resume. You need to be reliable, honest about what you can and can't do, and genuinely interested in helping grow something real.
How To Apply
If any of this sounds like you, don't overthink it. Send a message with:
- The role you're interested in
- A short line about your experience or past work
- Any links to work you've done before, if you have them
Reach out directly and we'll take it from there.
