7 AI Digital Products You Can Make in One Evening (2026)

Quick Answer: The easiest digital products to make with AI are prompt packs, planners, templates, checklists, printable art, mini-guides and creative toolkits. Each can be created in a few hours with free or cheap tools, and none needs coding skills. The hard part isn’t making the product, it’s choosing a clear problem to solve and putting it in front of the right people.

I build everything on Fikrago with AI-assisted no-code tools, and I have no coding background. I also learned the hard way that you can’t depend on one marketplace. My Etsy shop got suspended, and that pushed me to build my own platform and sell on Gumroad as well.

So this isn’t theory. These are the kinds of products I’d start with if I were beginning tonight with no money and no audience.

Before you make anything: pick a problem, not a product

Most beginners start with “what can I make?” The better question is “who is stuck, and with what?” A student overwhelmed by deadlines needs a planner. A small business owner who can’t write posts needs a prompt pack. A freelancer who wants to save money needs a software toolkit.

Write down one person and one problem. Then pick a product from the list below.

The 7 products

1. A prompt pack.
A set of tested AI prompts for one job, such as writing product descriptions, replying to customers, or planning social posts. Test each prompt yourself and keep only the ones that give good results.

2. A digital planner.
Daily, weekly or goal planners for a specific group, like students, freelancers or new business owners. Specific beats generic every time.

3. Editable templates.
Invoice, proposal, content calendar or menu templates people can customize. Small businesses pay to save time.

4. A checklist or mini-guide.
A short PDF that walks someone through one task step by step, for example “launch your first Instagram shop in a weekend.” Short and focused sells better than long and vague.

5. Printable wall art.
Designs people download and print at home. This one needs taste and consistency, and you must check that any AI image tool you use allows commercial use.

6. A creative toolkit.
A bundle of free or open-source tools for one job, with simple instructions. I made one myself: Fikrago Creative Studio, a $20 collection of open-source tools for image editing, graphic design and video editing, built as an alternative to expensive subscriptions. It’s independent and not affiliated with Adobe.

7. A niche resource list.
A curated list of tools, websites or contacts for one audience. People pay to skip the research.

How to make one tonight

  1. Choose one product and one audience. Don’t try two.
  2. Draft it with AI, then edit it by hand. AI gives you the first version. Your edits, examples and real experience make it worth buying.
  3. Design it simply. Clean layout, readable fonts, consistent colors.
  4. Check the rules. Read the licenses of any tools or images you use, and the policies of the platform where you sell.
  5. Publish it. Gumroad is simple to start with. Write a clear description and say exactly what the buyer gets.
  6. Make something free first. A free sample or guide earns trust before someone pays.

Where beginners get stuck

  • Making too many products and promoting none. One good product with a clear audience beats ten random ones.
  • Selling generic AI output. If anyone could generate it in one click, nobody needs to pay for it.
  • Depending on one platform. Marketplaces can suspend you. Collect your audience on a blog, email list or your own site.
  • Expecting instant sales. Traffic takes time. I’m still building mine.

FAQ

What digital products can I make with AI?
Prompt packs, planners, templates, checklists, printable art, mini-guides, creative toolkits and curated resource lists are all good starting points.

Do I need coding skills to sell digital products?
No. I have no coding background and build with AI-assisted no-code tools.

Where can I sell digital products as a beginner?
Gumroad is simple to start with, and Etsy has a built-in audience. Don’t rely on only one, because platforms can suspend accounts.

Can I use AI-generated images in products I sell?
Often yes, but rules differ by tool and platform. Read the commercial-use terms before you sell.

How long does it take to make a first product?
A simple one, like a checklist or prompt pack, can be drafted in an evening. Editing and polishing it well takes a little longer.
