Fikrago FeelGood: A Free Place for Small Happy Moments
I built it for one simple reason
I made Fikrago FeelGood for motivation and to help people feel happy.
That’s the whole reason. I build a lot of tools at Fikrago: business tools, games, creator tools. But most of what I build helps people do something. This one is different. It is for the days when you don’t want to do anything, and you just want to feel a little lighter.
Most apps for this feel like homework. They ask you to track, to improve and to keep a streak. I wanted the opposite. No pressure, no guilt, no score.
The first thing you see: “You don’t have to fix everything today”
That line is the first thing on the home page, and it is the idea behind the whole site.
Below it is one question: How are you, really? You pick one mood: sad, stressed, lonely, unmotivated, okay or happy. There is no wrong answer. The site then suggests something small and relevant. Not a ten-step plan. One small thing.
What is inside
The Happiness Button. You press it once and get one small, uplifting thing: a clean joke, a kind word, a tiny challenge or a moment of gratitude. It tries not to repeat the last few. It sounds simple, and that is on purpose. Sometimes the smallest push is enough.
Calm Corner. Guided breathing, a grounding exercise and a five-senses exercise. It is quiet and private, and you can stop at any time.
Joy. Clean jokes, gratitude prompts and tiny kindnesses. It is for the days you want to smile and don’t know where to start.
Daily Motivation. Small optional challenges, goals and a habit tracker with no shame in it. If you miss a day, you don’t lose a streak. I think this matters more than it sounds. When motivation is low, a broken streak can make you quit for good. Here, you can simply come back.
Articles. Plain-spoken pieces on loneliness, stress and the small moments of everyday happiness. No fluff.
The AI Companion. A place to talk about how you feel in your own words. It listens, asks what kind of help you want and offers one small next step. It is not a therapist and doesn’t pretend to be.
Journal and Progress. A private space to write, and a calm way to see how far you have come.
Why “small” is the whole point
Here is the thing I believe about motivation: it rarely comes before action. It usually comes after a tiny one. You step outside for two minutes. You write one sentence. You press a button and read something kind. And then the next step feels possible.
That is why the home page has a “Today’s small win” card, for example step outside for two minutes. It sounds almost too easy. That is exactly the idea. When your energy is low, easy is what works.
What FeelGood is not
I want to be honest about this, because it matters.
Fikrago FeelGood is not therapy. It is not medical advice and it doesn’t promise to cure anything. It is a gentle place for everyday moments: a stressful afternoon, a flat Monday, a lonely evening.
If you are going through something heavy, such as feeling hopeless for a long time or thinking about hurting yourself, please talk to a real person. That could be a doctor, a counselor, a trusted friend or family member, or a local crisis line. The site says this clearly too: it recognizes real distress and points to human help.
Free, private and ad-free
I built FeelGood to stay free and without ads. It is private by default. If you want to help keep it running, there is a donation link on the site, and it is optional. No pressure at all.
Try it for two minutes
Open the site, choose how you feel, and press the Happiness Button once. That’s it. If it helps, come back tomorrow. If it doesn’t, nothing is lost.

Parting shot
You don’t have to fix everything today. You just have to take one small step, and I hope this site makes that step a little easier.
