Free Help Network: Ask for Help or Offer It Online
Free Help Network: Why I Built a Place Where People Help People
By Ayoub Zinani · Published October 23, 2026 · Updated October 23, 2026
Quick Answer: Fikrago Help Me is a free platform where people who need help meet people willing to give it, directly and across borders. You post a request or offer your skills, talk privately inside the platform, and both sides confirm when the help happened. Fikrago never handles money between users and takes no commission. Most of us have a dream sitting in a drawer somewhere.
Not a huge, movie-style dream. A smaller one. Finishing a course. Getting a business started. Fixing the one thing that keeps you stuck. And the usual advice is “just figure it out,” as if figuring it out alone were the easy part.
I don’t think it is. I think a lot of dreams die for a boring reason: the person who needed help and the person who could have given it never met.
The problem isn’t a lack of kind people
Think about how help usually works online. You post in a group and get buried in ten minutes. You message a stranger and hear nothing. Or you find a “helper” who turns out to be selling something. Meanwhile somewhere else, someone with exactly the skill you need would happily spend an hour on it, if they knew you existed.
So the problem is matching, trust, and a safe way to start talking. Generosity is already out there.
That’s the gap I wanted Fikrago Help Me to fill. The idea fits in one line: someone needs help, someone can help. You can see it for yourself at https://c15nk7xuqsz0-d.space-z.ai/
How it works, in plain words
You post a request, or you list what you’re able to help with. The platform matches by location, category and need, and you decide who to contact. You talk inside Fikrago first, so you don’t have to hand out your phone number, email or PayPal to a stranger on day one.
Then comes the part I care about most. A help only counts when both sides confirm it happened. Stars on a profile come only from those both-side-confirmed helps, never from claims nobody checked. A helper earns a “Trusted Helper” label after at least five confirmed helps and 80% positive feedback. You can’t buy it or fake it.
There’s also a Dream Board, where people can put their goals in front of others who might be able to help. That’s the part that feels closest to the sentence I keep coming back to: your dream can be real now.
The interface works in 16 languages and requests can be written in 28, which matters to me because the person who needs help and the person who can give it often don’t live in the same country, or speak the same first language.
What it is not
I’d rather be honest about this than oversell it. Fikrago Help Me isn’t a charity, a crowdfunding site or a medical service, and it isn’t an emergency line. If someone is in danger, they should call 112 or 911, not post a request. It also isn’t a marketplace for selling skills. If money changes hands, that’s a decision between two people, and Fikrago never receives, processes or takes a percentage of it. The only thing I ask for is optional support to keep the platform itself free.
And it’s new. I won’t pretend there’s a crowd already waiting inside, because trust gets built one confirmed help at a time. The first people who show up are the ones who shape what this becomes.
Why I’m the one building it
I have no coding background. I built Fikrago Help Me, and another live platform, by myself using AI agents and no-code tools. A few years ago that sentence would have sounded like a joke, because building a platform meant hiring a team I couldn’t afford.
So when I say I’m happy to have my own platform to help people, that’s literally what it is. The same tools that let one person build this are tools anyone can learn. I’ll even say it directly: if you’re stuck on how to start building something of your own, contact me and I’ll point you in the right direction.
That’s the real reason this exists. AI didn’t just help me make a website. It let me build the kind of place I wished existed when I was the one who needed help.
Where this goes next
If you need help with something, even something small, post it. If you’ve got skills sitting unused, offer them. Both take about a minute, and you can start at https://c15nk7xuqsz0-d.space-z.ai/
I can’t promise every request gets answered tomorrow. What I can promise is that the platform is free, the people are real, and the rules are built to protect both sides.
Your dream isn’t too big. It probably just needs one right person to find it. Start here: https://c15nk7xuqsz0-d.space-z.ai/

What languages does it support?
The interface is available in 16 languages and requests can be written in 28, including English and Arabic.
